Use of ClearDATA Comply Managed Service is subject to the Cloud Computing Services Agreement (“CCSA”) or other agreements governing use of Comply as executed with ClearDATA by your organization or company.  You represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization or company on whose behalf you are entering into this agreement.
