By  purchasing  or  subscribing  to  any  products  or  services  that  Chainguard,  Inc. (“Chainguard”)  sells  through  Microsoft,  Inc.  via  its  online  public  offer functionality (“Azure Marketplace”),  you agree to Chainguard’s Master Services and License Agreement, and supplemental terms, if any, applicable to such products and services.  If you have previously entered into an agreement with Chainguard for the products and services you are purchasing through the Azure Marketplace via a public offer, that existing agreement supersedes and governs your use of such products and services.
