License Grant
Altilia grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited right to access and use the Altilia Intelligent Automation™ platform and its modules for your internal business operations, subject to these Terms.

Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:

Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the platform.

Resell, sublicense, or share access with third parties.

Use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

Intellectual Property
All rights to the software, models, and technology remain with Altilia.
You retain full ownership of your data and outputs.
No intellectual property rights are transferred under this agreement.

Data Privacy & Security
Altilia processes data in compliance with the GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.
Data is stored within the EU.
Altilia acts as Data Processor when applicable.

Support & Updates
Use of the platform includes routine updates and basic support.
No custom service levels apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Termination
The license is valid for 12 months.
Either party may terminate for cause with written notice.
Upon termination, access will be disabled.
Altilia will assist with data export for up to 60 days.

Liability Disclaimer
The platform is provided “as is.”
Altilia disclaims all implied warranties.
Altilia’s total liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
