DocsChat App - Licensing Terms and Conditions 

  

1. Grant of License: 

  

1.1 Subject to compliance with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the DocsChat App ("the App") for your personal or business use. 

1.2 The license is limited to only one tenant specified in your purchase or subscription agreement. 

  

2. Permitted Use: 

 

2.1 You may use the App in accordance with its intended purpose as described in the provided documentation. 

2.2 You are permitted to upload and process documents of the file types specified in the App's features. 

  

3. Restrictions: 

3.1 You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party. 

3.2 You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent that such restrictions are expressly prohibited by applicable law. 

   

4. Support and Maintenance:  

4.1 Support and maintenance services may be provided according to the terms outlined in your purchase or subscription agreement. Additionally, we will provide you with a 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) window for bug fixing starting from the date of final deployment. Any customization in the App requires additional development efforts and the customer (you) needs to pay for that based on the customization. 

  

5. Data Security: 

5.1 After deployment, you are responsible for the security and confidentiality of any data uploaded to the App. 

  

5.2 We will take reasonable measures to secure the data and protect it from unauthorized access during the development and deployment. 

   

6. Disclaimer of Warranty: 

  

6.1 The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. 

  

6.2 We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that its operation will be uninterrupted. 

  

7. Limitation of Liability: 

  

7.1 In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. 

  

7.2 Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App. 

   

8. Changes to Terms: * 

 8.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided through appropriate channels.
