1. The license is provided for the user (login/password). The maximum number of users (login/password) corresponds to the number of licenses, i.e. one license is provided to one user. The licensee is entitled to install and subsequently use the respective user account on any number of personal computers. 2. The purchaser undertakes to use the software exclusively for his own use and to protect the software products and their parts, in particular the documentation and installation media, from unauthorized use, any modification, reproduction or distribution. The Purchaser shall not be entitled to decompile, rent, lease, lend or transfer the software to a third party without the express written consent of the Provider and shall always use the highest version delivered. It is only permitted to make a copy of the software as a backup for the operation of the computers on which the software is installed or for archival purposes. Likewise, the Purchaser is not permitted to create software that will be derived from the ATTIS software or to reproduce written materials relating to the software. 3. The Purchaser shall not be entitled to sublicense or assign the license or rights to the ATTIS software or to exercise them, or to make the software available in any way other than as a result of its normal use, even to a person forming a concern with the Purchaser within the meaning of Section 66a of the Commercial Code, without the express consent of the Provider. 4. The scope of use of the software is limited by the licenses purchased. In the event of an increase in the number of users beyond the above limit, the Purchaser is obliged to request in writing an extension of the license conditions. If the Purchaser does not request such an extension, the Provider is entitled to charge a contractual penalty in the amount of twice the price of the respective extension in addition to the prices due for the respective extension. 5. The Acquirer hereby acknowledges that it is the Acquirer's obligation to provide access to the ATTIS Software only to persons for whom the Acquirer guarantees to the Provider that all of the Provider's rights will be maintained. In the event of a breach of this obligation, the Acquirer shall be liable to the Provider for all damages incurred in connection with such breach. 6. the Purchaser undertakes to take proper care of the working environment of the ATTIS products (e.g. hardware, operating system and networks) in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the documentation that the Provider shall deliver to the Purchaser together with the subject matter of this Agreement. 7. The Purchaser shall, in cooperation with and upon the Provider's recommendation, take measures in case the ATTIS products do not work properly, completely or partially, in particular by securing data, diagnosing malfunctions, periodically testing the results, etc. 8. In case of using the software in violation of the license conditions, the Purchaser shall expose itself to penalties for copyright infringement.
