Avanade Cloud Impact - The Terms and Conditions for using the Avanade Cloud Impact is defined and agreed upon in a separate contract executed directly between Client and Avanade in the form of a Statement of Work (SOW) As a marketplace offer, your access to this Azure Marketplace item will allow the Client to delegate access to their Azure subscriptions via Microsoft’s Lighthouse connection to support Avanade Cloud Impact. Avanade leverages a proprietary custom tool to gain further insight into the Client’s Azure consumption costs. Your access to and use of the Avanade Cloud Impact is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the service Definitions “Avanade” means Avanade Inc. “Avanade Cloud Impact” means the analysis of Azure related cloud components, how they are utilized and potential ways to reduce the expenditure associated to these, as well as evaluating any financial levers that may be available to produce further savings for the Client. “Client” means the organization leveraging the Avanade Cloud Impact Contact Avanade Cloud Impact  shall include Avanade contacting the Client to define in cooperation with the Client, the Client needs and to discuss the appropriate next steps. Avanade will use the email address defined in the SOW executed between Client and Avanade. If the Client prefers to contact Avanade directly, please do so via the contact information defined in the SOW executed between Client and Avanade.
