By purchasing, deploying, accessing, or using any product or service sold by Databricks on the Azure Marketplace (“Marketplace Databricks Services”), you agree to the terms located at databricks.com/mcsa. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, if you have an effective agreement between you and Databricks, then such agreement will govern your use of the Marketplace Databricks Services provided that the agreement applies to the use of the Databricks Services as defined therein.
