Terms and Conditions – AI Test Case Generator & Validator Agent

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By installing or using the AI Test Case Generator & Validator Agent ("the Agent"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Agent.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The Agent provides AI-powered test case generation, validation, and quality assurance capabilities including automated test scenario creation, test coverage analysis, defect identification, and reporting within your Microsoft 365 and Azure DevOps environment.

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all AI-generated test cases before use in your testing processes.
- You must ensure the Agent is configured with appropriate permissions aligned with your organization's software development and QA governance policies.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of source materials (requirements, user stories, specifications) provided to the Agent.
- AI-generated test cases are recommendations only; final testing decisions remain the responsibility of your QA and development teams.
- You must comply with applicable software development standards, regulations, and internal policies when using the Agent.

4. DATA HANDLING AND PRIVACY
- The Agent accesses only the data required to perform test case generation and validation functions.
- All data including requirements, code references, and test outputs remains within your Microsoft 365 and Azure DevOps tenant.
- atQor does not store, transmit, or share your organizational or project data externally.
- Data is processed in accordance with your organization's security, compliance, and privacy requirements.

5. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER
- Test cases, scenarios, and validation results generated by the Agent are produced using AI and may not be exhaustive or error-free.
- atQor does not guarantee that AI-generated test cases will identify all defects or meet all quality requirements.
- Human review and validation of AI-generated content is strongly recommended before inclusion in formal test suites or release pipelines.

6. AUTHORIZED USE
The Agent is licensed for internal organizational use only. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Agent or its outputs to third parties without prior written consent from atQor.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Agent and all related components, AI models, workflows, and documentation are the intellectual property of atQor. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Agent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI outputs, or non-infringement. atQor does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
atQor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to software defects missed, test failures, release delays, or business losses arising from reliance on AI-generated test cases or from the use or inability to use the Agent.

10. SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the security of credentials, connections, and access tokens used by the Agent. atQor shall not be held responsible for unauthorized access or data exposure resulting from compromised credentials on the customer side.

11. MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES
atQor reserves the right to update, enhance, or modify the Agent and these Terms at any time as AI capabilities, platform features, and Microsoft marketplace requirements evolve. Continued use of the Agent constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. TERMINATION
atQor reserves the right to terminate access to the Agent in the event of a violation of these Terms or misuse of the AI-powered testing platform.
