Terms and Conditions – Certification Expiring and Tracking Agent

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By installing or using the Certification Expiring and Tracking Agent ("the Agent"), 
you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Agent.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The Agent provides automated tracking, alerting, and reporting for certificate 
expiry and compliance status within your Microsoft 365 environment.

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are solely responsible for maintaining accurate certification records.
- You must ensure the Agent is configured correctly within your environment.
- You are responsible for acting on alerts and notifications generated by the Agent.

4. DATA HANDLING
- The Agent accesses only the data required to perform its functions.
- All data remains within your Microsoft 365 tenant.
- atQor does not store, transmit, or share your organizational data externally.
- Data is handled in accordance with your organization's security and privacy policies.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Agent and all related components are the intellectual property of atQor. 
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Agent is provided "as is." atQor makes no warranties, express or implied, 
regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
atQor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 
arising from use or inability to use the Agent.

8. MODIFICATIONS
atQor reserves the right to update or enhance the Agent and these Terms as 
platform capabilities and requirements evolve. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the 
jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
