By requesting or purchasing the DevCopilot — AI Coding Assistant service by atQor, the customer agrees to provide the necessary access, information, and cooperation required to deploy and operate the agent within their Microsoft 365 and Azure DevOps environment. The deployment is conducted based on the information and permissions provided by the customer. atQor will configure the DevCopilot agent within the customer's Microsoft Copilot Studio environment and provide documentation, guidance, and post-deployment support. The service does not include customization beyond the agreed scope unless separately agreed upon. DevCopilot provides AI-assisted code access, search, analysis, and generation capabilities through conversational interaction with Azure DevOps repositories. atQor does not guarantee specific development outcomes and recommends that developers review and validate all AI-generated code, suggestions, and analysis before implementation in production environments. Customer data, tenant information, Azure DevOps organization details, and repository content accessed during deployment and operation will be treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with applicable privacy and security standards. atQor will not store, share, or use customer code or repository data for any purpose outside of the agreed deployment scope. All code access occurs within the customer's own Azure DevOps environment through authenticated API calls. Access credentials, OAuth configurations, and Power Automate connection details shared during setup are the sole responsibility of the customer to secure and rotate as per their internal security policies after deployment is complete. The deployed agent, Power Automate flows, custom connector, and Entra ID app registration are provided as-is for use within the customer's own Microsoft 365 and Azure DevOps tenant. atQor makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misconfiguration of the deployed solution. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all code generated, modified, or suggested by the agent is reviewed, tested, and validated before deployment to production environments. The customer is also responsible for managing Azure DevOps repository permissions and ensuring appropriate access controls are in place. atQor reserves the right to update or modify the DevCopilot solution.
