By requesting or purchasing the Meeting Room Booking Agent service by atQor, the customer agrees to provide the necessary access, information, and cooperation required to deploy and operate the agent within their Microsoft 365 environment.
 
The deployment is conducted based on the information and permissions provided by the customer. atQor will configure the Meeting Room Booking Agent within the customer's Microsoft Copilot Studio environment, including the SQL Connector setup, stored procedures deployment, and agent topic configuration. 
 
The Meeting Room Booking Agent automates the management of meeting room reservations, attendee lists, and room schedules through conversational AI. atQor does not guarantee specific operational outcomes and recommends customers review all bookings for accuracy.
 
Customer data, tenant information, database credentials, and configuration details obtained during deployment will be treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with applicable privacy and security standards.
 
SQL Server connection strings, database credentials, and Copilot Studio configuration details shared during setup are the sole responsibility of the customer to secure and rotate as per their internal security policies after deployment.
 
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all meeting room bookings and attendee data managed through the agent comply with their organizational policies and data governance requirements.
atQor reserves the right to update or modify the Meeting Room Booking Agent solution. Customers will be notified of any significant changes that may impact their deployment.
