Scope of Solution
This solution ("Procurement Copilot") is provided as an AI-powered procurement intelligence tool built on Microsoft Copilot Studio. The solution is limited to querying, analyzing, and presenting procurement data — it does not perform write operations, modify financial records, or authorize payments.

Data Accuracy & Limitations
The AI-generated responses are based on data available in the connected Dataverse tables and external APIs. Accuracy depends on the quality and completeness of underlying data.
Extraction results from uploaded documents (via the Analyze Document API) carry confidence scores. Low-confidence extractions (< 60%) are flagged and should be manually verified before acting upon them.
The reconciliation pipeline provides advisory recommendations (Approve / Needs Review / Reject). Final payment authorization must follow the organization's existing approval workflows.
