By requesting or purchasing the PulseCheck service by atQor, the customer agrees to provide the necessary access, information, and cooperation required to deploy and operate the agent within their Microsoft 365 environment.
 
The deployment is conducted based on the information and permissions provided by the customer. atQor will configure the PulseCheck agent within the customer’s Microsoft Copilot Studio environment and provide documentation, guidance, and post-deployment support. The service does not include customization beyond the agreed scope unless separately agreed upon.
 
PulseCheck facilitates weekly developer check-ins and delivers anonymized insights to the reporting manager. atQor does not guarantee specific wellbeing outcomes and recommends that customers use digest insights as one input among many for team management decisions.
 
All individual check-in responses are treated as strictly confidential and are never shared by name. Only aggregated, anonymized insights are included in the Weekly Digest. Named shoutouts and wins are shared only with the developer’s explicit consent.
 
Participation in weekly check-ins is voluntary — no penalties for opting out. The agent provides wellbeing monitoring, tech support, and HR guidance based on available knowledge sources and data.
 
Customer and employee information will be handled according to organizational security and privacy requirements. atQor will not store, share, or use customer data for any purpose outside of the agreed deployment scope.
 
The deployed agent, Power Automate flows, and knowledge configurations are provided as-is for use within the customer’s own Microsoft 365 tenant. atQor makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misconfiguration of the deployed solution.
 
atQor reserves the right to update or modify the PulseCheck solution. Customers will be notified of any significant changes that may impact their deployment.
