Terms and Conditions – Smart AI Cloud Resource Manager Agent

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By installing or using the Smart AI Cloud Resource Manager Agent ("the Agent"), 
you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install 
or use the Agent.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The Agent provides AI-powered cloud resource management capabilities including 
monitoring, optimization recommendations, automated task execution, and 
reporting within your Microsoft Azure environment.

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are solely responsible for all cloud resources managed or affected by the Agent.
- You must ensure the Agent is configured with appropriate permissions and access controls.
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating any automated actions before 
  applying them to production environments.
- You must comply with your organization's cloud governance and security policies.

4. DATA HANDLING AND PRIVACY
- The Agent accesses only the data and resources necessary to perform its functions.
- All data remains within your Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 tenant.
- atQor does not store, transmit, or share your organizational or cloud resource 
  data externally.
- Data is processed in accordance with your organization's security, compliance, 
  and privacy requirements.

5. AUTHORIZED USE
The Agent is licensed for use within your organization only. You may not 
sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Agent or its outputs to third parties 
without prior written consent from atQor.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Agent and all related components, workflows, and documentation are the 
intellectual property of atQor. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, 
or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Agent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, 
including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a 
particular purpose, or non-infringement. atQor does not guarantee uninterrupted 
or error-free operation.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
atQor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or 
consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, service 
interruption, or cloud resource misconfiguration arising from the use or 
inability to use the Agent.

9. SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the security of credentials, service 
principals, and access tokens used by the Agent. atQor shall not be held 
responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials 
on the customer side.

10. MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES
atQor reserves the right to update, enhance, or modify the Agent and these 
Terms at any time as platform capabilities and Microsoft marketplace 
requirements evolve. Continued use of the Agent constitutes acceptance 
of the updated Terms.

11. TERMINATION
atQor reserves the right to terminate access to the Agent in the event of 
violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes 
arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of 
the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
