By requesting or purchasing the Azure Infra Auto-Healing Assistant service by atQor, the customer agrees to provide the necessary Azure access, information, and permissions required to deploy and operate the solution within their Azure environment. The deployment is performed based on the information and permissions provided by the customer. atQor will configure the Azure Infra Auto-Healing Assistant, Power Automate workflows, Azure Automation runbooks, and related integrations within the customer's Azure tenant. The service automates Azure operational activities through conversational AI and Azure-native automation services. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving operational workflows before production usage. Customer data, Azure configuration information, subscription details, and operational metadata obtained during deployment will be treated as confidential and handled according to applicable security and privacy standards. Access credentials, managed identities, automation accounts, webhook configurations, and Azure permissions remain the responsibility of the customer and should be governed according to internal security policies. The deployed agent, automation workflows, and runbooks are provided for use within the customer's Azure environment. atQor does not guarantee uninterrupted service operation and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from customer configuration changes, permission changes, or operational misuse. atQor reserves the right to improve and enhance the Azure Infra Auto-Healing Assistant solution.
