By requesting or purchasing the Microsoft 365 Security Assessment service, you agree to provide the necessary access, information, and cooperation required to perform the assessment.

The assessment is conducted based on the information and permissions provided by the customer. atQor will review the Microsoft 365 environment and provide findings, recommendations, and best-practice guidance. The assessment does not include implementation of recommendations unless separately agreed upon.

Customer data and information obtained during the assessment will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable privacy and security standards.

The final assessment report is intended solely for the customer's internal use. atQor makes no warranties regarding the elimination of all security risks and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the assessment results.
