Terms and Conditions of Use – Doc‑Salvage Effective Date: 26/08/2025 Last Updated: 26/08/2025 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Doc‑Salvage software‑as‑a‑service platform (“Doc‑Salvage” or “the Service”), provided by BYBWE Ltd (formerly Webease Inc.), a company registered in Great Britain under Company Number 10428935 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Partnership with Microsoft 1.1 Doc‑Salvage is developed in partnership with Microsoft Azure products. 1.2 Use of Doc‑Salvage requires that you are, or become, a Microsoft customer. 1.3 While BYBWE Ltd maintains a partnership with Microsoft, your use of Doc‑Salvage does not create any obligation on BYBWE Ltd to provide Microsoft partner support unless you have separately entered into a written agreement or placed a specific order for such support. 2. Licence Grant 2.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to access and use Doc‑Salvage for your internal business purposes. 2.2 All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by BYBWE Ltd. 3. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service; Rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted; Use the Service in any unlawful manner or in breach of applicable laws or regulations. 4. Data Protection and Responsibility 4.1 You remain solely responsible for all data you upload, process, or manage through Doc‑Salvage. 4.2 Your data is hosted on Microsoft Azure Services, which are made available to you directly by Microsoft. 4.3 BYBWE Ltd provides only the Doc‑Salvage interface to facilitate the management of your data and does not host, store, or otherwise control the underlying infrastructure. 4.4 You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. 5. Availability and Support 5.1 While Microsoft Azure Services are designed for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Doc‑Salvage. 5.2 Support for Microsoft Azure Services is provided by Microsoft unless otherwise agreed in writing with BYBWE Ltd. 6. Limitation of Liability 6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, BYBWE Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. 6.2 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law. 7. Termination 7.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms. 7.2 Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and uninstall any related software components. 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms. 9. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying you directly. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
