📜 Terms and Conditions
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Tool for internal business purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute the Tool without written consent.
2. SaaS Delivery Model
The Tool is offered as a SaaS solution but is installed and executed on the customer’s machine. You are responsible for maintaining system compatibility and ensuring access to required dependencies (e.g., Redis instances, TLS).
3. Restrictions
You may not use the Tool for unlawful purposes. You may not share license keys or credentials with unauthorized parties.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Tool remain the property of C2S Technologies Inc. Feedback provided by customers may be used by us to improve the Tool without obligation.
5. Support & Updates
Support services are provided under your subscription plan. Updates or patches may be released periodically and must be applied to ensure continued functionality.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The Tool is provided 'as is,' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility, or that the Tool will be error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall C2S Technologies Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Tool for violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of WA State, United State.

🔒 Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect
The Tool does not collect or transmit personal data. The Tool processes only Redis-related technical metadata necessary to perform migrations.
2. Data Use
No personal data, customer identifiers, or behavioral information is captured. Migration metadata is handled locally on the customer’s machine.
3. Data Storage
All migration-related operations are performed locally. No customer data is stored by C2S Technologies Inc.
4. Security
We recommend that customers secure their environments with TLS and appropriate access controls. The Tool does not introduce additional data collection endpoints.
5. Third Parties
The Tool does not share any customer information with third parties.
6. Updates
Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be reflected here. Customers will be notified in advance of material changes.
