Welcome to cliexaARCH, a service provided by cliexa, Inc. (“cliexa”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using cliexaARCH (“Service”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

cliexaARCH is an AI-powered Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform designed to optimize documentation, coding compliance, billing workflows, and appeal management in clinical settings.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of a healthcare organization to use this Service.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
Use the Service only for lawful healthcare-related operations.
Not reverse-engineer or misuse the platform.
4. Compliance with Laws
You represent that you will use cliexaARCH in compliance with:

5. Data Use and Access
By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
cliexa does not access PHI unless authorized via a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
You retain ownership of your data. cliexa may use de-identified and aggregated data to improve its services in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6. Subscription and Payment
If your organization subscribes to a paid plan, fees will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided as part of cliexaARCH, including software, algorithms, and designs, are the intellectual property of cliexa.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. cliexa is not responsible for claim denials, payer changes, or regulatory interpretations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, cliexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
