By deploying or using this application, you agree to the following terms:

License Grant
The application is licensed, not sold. KES TEK grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DataKook within their Azure subscription.

Data Ownership
All data connected to or processed by DataKook remains the sole property of the customer. KES TEK does not access or store customer data outside of the deployed Azure environment.

KES TEK provides technical support via email at support@datakook.com
. Standard response time: within 1 business day.

Liability
KES TEK shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this product. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the license during the previous 12 months.

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Jurisdiction: Courts of Rabat, Morocco.
