1. USE OF THE APPLICATION  
The Application is provided as a software solution built on Microsoft Power Platform to assist users in capturing, structuring, and analyzing business information. You agree to use the Application only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. AI-GENERATED CONTENT  
The Application includes AI-assisted features that generate insights, summaries, recommendations, and structured outputs based on user-provided input. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered definitive business, legal, or financial advice. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before relying on them for decision-making.

3. DATA RESPONSIBILITY  
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of all data entered into the Application. Dataset LLC does not assume responsibility for any data entered, processed, or stored within your tenant environment.

4. EMAIL FUNCTIONALITY  
The Application may include optional functionality that allows users to send generated outputs to themselves via email. This functionality is intended for internal use only. You are responsible for how you use and distribute any generated content.

5. SUBSCRIPTION AND ACCESS  
Access to the Application requires a valid subscription through Microsoft Marketplace. Users must maintain an active license to install and use the Application. Access may be terminated or limited if subscription requirements are not met.

6. UPDATES AND MAINTENANCE  
Dataset LLC may provide updates, enhancements, and improvements to the Application over time. These updates may include performance improvements, feature enhancements, and AI capability updates.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dataset LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or decision outcomes based on generated insights.

8. DISCLAIMER  
The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Dataset LLC does not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for all business scenarios.

9. MODIFICATIONS  
Dataset LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW  
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Dataset LLC’s place of business.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not install or use the Application.
