These terms govern access to the dataipa.pro website and use of the e-Document Processor application for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (the "Connector"), distributed by DATAIPA.PRO. By accessing the site or using the Connector, you accept these terms.
1. Site Publisher
The dataipa.pro website is published by DATAIPA.PRO SAS.

Hosting: the site is hosted by its hosting provider (details available on request).

2. Purpose
These terms define (i) the conditions for accessing and using the website and (ii) the conditions for using the e-Document Processor Connector for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, published and distributed by DATAIPA.PRO within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

3. Use of the Site
Site content is provided for information purposes. You agree to use the site in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable law, without impairing its operation or systems.

4. The e-Document Processor Connector
4.1 Nature of the service
The Connector links Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to an approved platform for issuing, receiving and tracking electronic invoices. The Connector is an application distributed via Microsoft AppSource.

4.2 Respective roles
The Connector relies on services operated by an approved electronic-invoicing platform provider. DATAIPA.PRO publishes, distributes, integrates and supports the Connector. Microsoft provides the Dynamics 365 platform under its own terms. Use of the Connector requires a valid Microsoft Dynamics 365 license, which is the user's responsibility.

4.3 Regulatory compliance
The Connector is designed to help meet electronic-invoicing obligations. It does not replace the user's own assessment of regulatory, tax and accounting compliance, nor the obligations incumbent on the approved platform.

5. Intellectual Property
The e-Document Processor name, logos and associated elements remain the property of DATAIPA.PRO. Elements belonging to the approved platform provider and to WeSteer (trademarks, logos, content) remain their respective property. Nothing herein transfers any intellectual property rights. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Personal Data (GDPR)
Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable French data protection law. Depending on the case, DATAIPA.PRO acts as data controller (site contact and browsing data) or as data processor (data transiting the Connector on the user's behalf). You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability, which may be exercised at hello@dataipa.pro. A detailed privacy policy supplements these terms.

7. Liability
DATAIPA.PRO uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and reliability of the site and Connector, without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, DATAIPA.PRO shall not be liable for indirect damages, nor for malfunctions attributable to Microsoft, the approved platform provider or the network. Specific contractual terms agreed with clients prevail over these terms as regards use of the Connector.

8. Third-Party Links and Services
The site may link to third-party services (Microsoft AppSource, the approved electronic-invoicing platform provider). DATAIPA.PRO exercises no control over these services, which are governed by their own terms.

9. Amendments
DATAIPA.PRO may amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the site at the date of access or use.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of DATAIPA.PRO's registered office, subject to mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
