ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Dynamics 365 Business Central App (the "Unifii360 EDI Integration") provided by Eagle360 Consulting ("Company"), you ("Customer") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The Unifii360 EDI Integration app facilitates the integration of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for Business Central, enhancing the management of back orders on sales orders and streamlining communication with trading partners.
PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY

No personal or sensitive data is sent to any services. Only necessary operational data is transmitted for the purpose of providing support and enhancing user experience. The Company maintains appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of information.
USE OF THE APP

The Customer acknowledges that the features provided through the Unifii360 EDI Integration app are for informational and operational purposes only. The Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of the provided features.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Unifii360 EDI Integration app.
INDEMNIFICATION

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the Customer's use of the Unifii360 EDI Integration app or violation of these Terms.
CHANGES TO TERMS

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Unifii360 EDI Integration app following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
SIGNATURE

By signing below, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
