Terms and Conditions for EventMAP Contact Me Offer – Optime Suite

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your expression of interest via the "Contact Me" offer for the Optime Suite by EventMAP ("we", "us", "our") listed on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace.

By submitting your contact information through the Microsoft Marketplace form, you ("you", "your", "the Customer") acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

2. Non-Binding Expression of Interest
Submitting the form does not constitute a purchase, subscription, or legally binding agreement. It is an expression of interest only. A separate commercial agreement will be entered into between you and EventMAP before any service is provided.

3. Follow-Up Process
Upon receipt of your form submission:

An EventMAP representative will contact you within 1-3 business days.

A discovery call or consultation will be scheduled to assess your needs.

Based on the consultation, a trial, tailored proposal or quotation will be issued.

A formal contract will then be executed prior to the provision of any services or products.

4. Data and Privacy
By submitting the form, you consent to EventMAP processing your contact details and business information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.eventmapsolutions.com/policies/privacy-policy). This information will be used solely for the purpose of engaging with you regarding your interest in the Optime suite.

5. No Obligation
EventMAP reserves the right to decline to offer services or enter into a contract based on the evaluation of technical fit, resource availability, or other business considerations.

6. Pricing and Terms
Pricing, licensing, support arrangements, and implementation timelines will be defined in the final commercial agreement. These may vary based on your organisation’s requirements and usage scope.

7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with the Optime suite remains the sole property of EventMAP. Submitting a contact form does not grant you any rights, licenses, or access to the software.

8. No Warranty
No warranties or guarantees, express or implied, are provided under this "Contact Me" offer. All warranties, service levels, and performance expectations will be defined in the executed agreement, if applicable.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction as agreed in the final contract.
