We process invoice and vendor data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and certain data may be processed by trusted third-party providers such as Microsoft Azure and OpenAI. While we strive to maintain secure and reliable operations, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free performance, and our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We may update or suspend the Service, or modify these Terms, with notice where appropriate, and continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.
