Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Evolve Finance Suite – Process Governance & Controls module for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ("the App"), provided by Evolve Partners – Biofin Consulting GmbH ("the Company"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.
Scope of the App
The App provides process governance and control functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including but not limited to purchase order and document date integrity controls, posting group restrictions, approval workflows (vendor and customer bank account changes, recurring journals, permission sets), mandatory field enforcement, self-billing management, and related compliance and audit-support features.
License

Grant of License: The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in connection with your licensed environment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, in accordance with the subscription or licensing terms agreed at the time of acquisition.
License Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract or derive the source code of the App, except to the extent such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, transfer, sell, or assign your license to the App to any third party.

Agreement

Acceptable Use: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Microsoft's terms and policies as applicable through Microsoft AppSource. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data processed through the App and for maintaining appropriate controls within your own Business Central environment.
Warranty: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific business, accounting, tax, or regulatory requirements. The App is a supporting tool and does not constitute tax, legal, accounting, or compliance advice; you remain responsible for verifying that your use of the App meets your applicable regulatory obligations.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App.

Payment

Payment Terms: If the App requires payment, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in the payment or subscription terms provided at the time of purchase through Microsoft AppSource or as otherwise agreed with the Company.
Guaranty: The Company does not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or levels of automation, compliance, or accuracy arising from your use of the App.

Purchase

In-App Purchases: The App may offer additional modules, services, or in-app purchases. All such purchases are subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase through Microsoft AppSource or as otherwise agreed with the Company.

Data Protection

Data Processing: Where the App processes personal or business data, such processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any data processed by integrated services is handled in accordance with the relevant service terms.
