Use of VoiceCoreIQ is governed by the Master Services Agreement between EZAIX Inc. and the purchasing State or government entity. In the absence of an executed MSA, the EZAIX Standard Software License at https://www.ezaix.com/terms applies. Customer acknowledges that VoiceCoreIQ is hosted within the customer's own Microsoft Azure subscription and that Azure infrastructure consumption is billed by Microsoft directly to the customer, separate from the VoiceCoreIQ license fees billed via Microsoft Marketplace.
