End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms 
By using the Visitor Book application (“Application”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. License Grant
The Application is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Company grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your both personal and commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
•	License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
•	Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
•	Use the Application to register or view information about guests in any manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or the Company. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your devices.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Application.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
