License Grant
Gestisoft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your internal business purposes, subject to these License Terms. This license is provided free of charge.

Compatibility and Responsibility
The App is designed to work seamlessly under Microsoft PowerApps or Dynamics 365 Sales. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your environment and test the App in a Development environment before deploying it in your production environment.

Restrictions
You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
Distribute, sublicense, lease, or rent the App to any third party.
Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Termination
Gestisoft reserves the right to terminate your license to use the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and remove it from your systems.

Updates and Maintenance
Gestisoft may provide updates, bug fixes, and maintenance for the App at its discretion. Such updates will be made available as deemed necessary by Gestisoft.

Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided "as-is" without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
Gestisoft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law
These License Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.

By installing and using the Gestisoft Account Management App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these License Terms and agree to be bound by them.
