This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the provision of Zero Trust Managed Services by GCT. Provider will deliver Services as described in the agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA), including continuous authentication, authorization, and monitoring of users and devices accessing Client's network and applications. Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of Services and to cooperate with Provider in implementing and maintaining the Zero Trust architecture. Client acknowledges that Provider is not responsible for security breaches resulting from Client's failure to adhere to security recommendations or provide necessary information. Client retains ownership of its data. Provider will maintain confidentiality of Client data and comply with applicable data privacy regulations. Client agrees to pay the fees outlined in the service agreement. This agreement may be terminated by either party with [Number] days written notice. Provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with number of days written notice. This agreement is governed by the laws of Jurisdiction.
