The legal Terms and Conditions are set in close consultation with our customer and are based on our SaaS proposition. The standard contract consists of:
- contract (invoicing, IP, liability, audits, et cetera)
- fees & pricing (implementation and subscription)
- services (what Hyarchis offers)
- SLA (service levels and reports)
- subcontractors (standard only Azure)
- DORA (if applicable)

Hyarchis Cloud is ISO27001, ISO27018, ISO22301 and SOC 2 Type II certified.
