Terms and Conditions 1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the Timesheet Pro 365 SaaS service, you (the "Customer") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. 2. Service Access and Usage: Timesheet Pro 365 is a time-tracking software-as-a-service (SaaS) provided through a subscription model. The Customer is granted non-exclusive, non-transferable access to the service based on the subscription plan selected. 3. Subscription Plans and Payment: The Customer agrees to pay the subscription fees for the selected plan. Fees are due in accordance with the billing cycle and payment method provided at the time of registration. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the service. 4. Data Privacy and Security: Timesheet Pro 365 will handle customer data with strict confidentiality and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. The service uses industry-standard security measures to protect user data, but the Customer is responsible for ensuring the security of their login credentials. 5. Customer Responsibilities: The Customer agrees to: · Use the service for lawful purposes only. · Ensure that all provided information, including contact and billing information, is accurate and up-to-date. · Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the performance of the service. 6. Modifications to Service: Timesheet Pro 365 reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the service, features, or pricing at any time. The Customer will be informed of any significant changes in advance. 7. Termination and Suspension: Timesheet Pro 365 may suspend or terminate access to the service for any breach of these terms, failure to pay subscription fees, or if it deems the Customer’s use harmful to the platform. Upon termination, any unused subscription fees will not be refunded. 8. Limitation of Liability: Timesheet Pro 365 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service. The maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the prior 12 months. 9. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to Timesheet Pro 365, including trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by the service provider. The Customer is granted a limited right to use the software as part of the subscription. 10.
