IgniteData Archer – Product Offer Terms & Conditions

This public offer describes the general terms under which IgniteData (“we”, “our”, or “us”) makes the Archer solution available through Microsoft Partner Central. These high-level terms are for information purposes only and are superseded by the formal contract signed between IgniteData and each customer.

1. Product Overview

Archer is a cloud-based solution that enables automated transfer of regulatory-grade data from Electronic Health Records (EHR) to Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems, accelerating clinical research and reducing manual data entry.

2. Eligibility

This offer is available to qualified healthcare provider organizations, sponsors, and research institutions engaged in clinical studies. Access to Archer is subject to acceptance of a full Master Services Agreement (MSA) and any applicable Data Processing Agreements (DPA).

3. Licensing & Pricing

Archer is offered under a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. Pricing is typically based on study volume, site activation, and data transfer scope. All commercial terms, including implementation costs, will be outlined in a separate agreement.

4. Data Privacy & Security

IgniteData adheres to industry standards for data security and compliance, including GDPR, HIPAA, and applicable regional data protection regulations. Data processed by Archer remains under the control of the customer and is never used for any purpose other than delivering the contracted services.

5. Service Levels

Service availability, uptime, and support terms will be defined in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) provided as part of the full contract.

6. No Warranty

This public offer does not constitute a warranty or binding commitment. All warranties, remedies, and liabilities will be governed by the definitive agreement executed with the customer.
