1. Definitions

App means the Business Central extension published by the Publisher via Microsoft AppSource.
Business Central means Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Microsoft means Microsoft Corporation and its affiliates.
Subscription Term means the period during which you are entitled to use the App.
Documentation means user guides or technical documentation provided by the Publisher.


2. Scope of License
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, the Publisher grants the Customer a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, limited right to use the App solely:

within Customer’s own Business Central environment, and
for internal business purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred.

3. Delivery and Deployment

The App is delivered digitally via Microsoft AppSource.
Installation, updates, and removal are managed through Business Central.

4. Fees and Payment

Pricing, billing cycle, and payment method are defined in the AppSource offer.
Where AppSource transactability is enabled, Microsoft acts as the merchant of record.

5. Support and Maintenance
Unless otherwise stated in the AppSource listing:

Support is provided by the Publisher, not Microsoft.
Support scope typically includes:

App defect resolution
Compatibility with supported Business Central versions


Support excludes:

Business Central configuration
Customizations
Third‑party integrations unless explicitly stated
