Acceptance of Terms By accessing, registering for, or using the TruVelocity Agentic SDLC Platform ("Platform", "Service"), you ("User", "Customer", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy incorporated herein by reference, and any additional guidelines, policies, or rules posted on the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Innominds Software India Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, India, with registered offices at Hyderabad, India ("Innominds", "we", "us", "our"). If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. Description of the Platform TruVelocity is an enterprise-grade, AI-powered Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) automation platform developed by Innominds. The Platform applies the philosophy: "Work Smarter, Not Harder" — empowering development teams to focus on strategic decisions while AI agents handle repetitive analytical work. Permitted Uses You may use the Platform solely for: Automating legitimate SDLC activities within your software development projects Generating, reviewing, editing, and exporting SDLC artifacts (user stories, test cases, IaC, documentation) Integrating Platform outputs with authorized third-party project management and development tools Prohibited Uses You must not use the Platform to: a. Illegal or Harmful Activities Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities b. Security Violations Attempt to circumvent, disable, or compromise the Platform's security mechanisms, including JWT authentication, rate limiting, and path security validation Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or load testing against the Platform without prior written authorization from Innominds Introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code into the Platform or connected systems Attempt to access other users' Projects, data, or credentials c. Platform Abuse Deliberately exceed rate limits or circumvent API quotas to degrade service for other users Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the Platform beyond normal API usage Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Platform Resell, sublicense, or commercialize Platform access without a valid reseller agreement with Innominds d. Inappropriate AI Usage Submit User Content containing personally identifiable information (PII), sensitive personal data, financial data, or protected health information (PHI) unless you have obtained all required consents and have a Data Processing Agreement in place with Innominds Attempt to "prompt inject" or manipulate AI Agents to produce outputs outside their intended SDLC scope Use Generated Outputs in a manner that violates third-party intellectual property rights Generate IaC configurations or automation scripts intended to provision infrastructure for illegal activities e. Misrepresentation Represent AI-Generated Outputs as entirely human-authored without appropriate disclosure when required by law or contract AI-Generated Content and Outputs Nature of AI Outputs The Platform uses large language models (LLMs), including Azure OpenAI GPT-4, to generate SDLC artifacts. You acknowledge that: AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or hallucinations. Generated user stories, test cases, infrastructure configurations, and documentation are starting points requiring human review and validation before use in production environments. The Platform's AI agents operate within predefined scopes; results may vary based on the quality and completeness of User Content provided. User Responsibility for Review You bear sole responsibility for: Reviewing, validating, and testing all Generated Outputs before deployment or integration into production systems Ensuring that generated IaC (Terraform) configurations are reviewed by qualified infrastructure engineers before provisioning Verifying that generated test cases provide adequate coverage for your specific use case Confirming that generated documentation accurately reflects your actual system architecture No Warranty on Outputs Innominds makes no warranty, express or implied, that Generated Outputs are accurate, complete, fit for any particular purpose, or free from errors. The risk of using Generated Outputs lies entirely with the User. Third-Party Integrations and Connectors Available Connectors The Platform supports integration with third-party services including: Atlassian Jira — Work item and sprint management Atlassian Confluence — Documentation collaboration Microsoft Azure DevOps — Pipelines, boards, test plans, repos GitHub — Repository management, issues, pull requests Xray (Atlassian) — Test management and execution Third-Party Terms Your use of any Connector is additionally governed by the third-party service provider's terms of service, privacy policy, and acceptable use policies. Innominds is not responsible for changes to, or unavailability of, third-party services. OAuth Authorization When you authorize a Connector via OAuth 2.0: You grant the Platform access to your third-party account within the permission scopes you approve Innominds stores OAuth tokens in encrypted form and uses them solely to perform operations you initiate You may revoke Connector access at any time from your account settings or directly from the third-party service Mutual Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of the other party's Confidential Information disclosed in connection with the Platform. "Confidential Information" includes technical specifications, pricing, User Content, Generated Outputs, proprietary algorithms, and business information marked as confidential or that a reasonable party would understand to be confidential. Each party shall: Use Confidential Information only for the purposes of this agreement Restrict access to Confidential Information to personnel who need to know it Apply at least the same degree of care to protecting Confidential Information as it applies to its own confidential information (no less than reasonable care) Disclaimer of Warranties THE PLATFORM AND ALL GENERATED OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR COMPLETENESS.
