2. Pricing and Commercial Terms
This marketplace listing does not have a fixed price. The pricing for the Kloudynet 24x7 Managed XDR Service is determined on a case-by-case basis, following a detailed assessment of the customer's technical environment, scope requirements, and desired service levels. A formal quotation will be provided by our sales team after an initial consultation.
3. Requirement of a Separate Agreement
The provision of any and all managed services by Kloudynet is expressly contingent upon the negotiation and mutual execution of a definitive Managed Services Agreement ("MSA"). This MSA will be the sole governing document for the service delivery, responsibilities, and commercial relationship. The MSA will define, at a minimum:
The detailed Scope of Work (SOW).
Applicable Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Final pricing, payment terms, and contract duration.
Roles and responsibilities of both Kloudynet and the customer.
Confidentiality, liability, and data handling provisions.
4. No Warranty
Kloudynet makes no warranties or representations regarding the completeness or accuracy of the information presented on this marketplace page. The service is not sold on a trial basis, and any engagement is subject to the terms of the final MSA.
5. Limitation of Liability
Kloudynet shall not be liable for any decisions made by you or any third party in reliance on the information contained in this marketplace offering. Our legal liability will be exclusively defined and limited within the final, executed Managed Services Agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Any information you provide to Kloudynet will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of assessing your requirements and preparing a proposal for services.
