TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. CONTRACT PARTY DEFINITIONS

a)-«Matchplat» (or «Matchplat s.r.l.»): the party who will be providing the services.

b)-«User» (or «Client»: the party who is contracting to receive services.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

2.1 Matchplat will provide to User the Service called “Matchplat Analytics”, also referred to as “Service”, available by logging in the official Matchplat website, apps and other Matchplat branded digital platforms.

2.2 The Service will allow User to conduct market analyses by the consultation of the available commercial information gathered by Matchplat.

Matchplat will provide to User the credentials to access the following data: a) import and export statistics by encoded product, by country, monthly updated when available; b) number of companies by country, by encoded product which they may produce, manufacture or distribute.

The Service also provides a brief commentary based on international trade latest news.

Operatively, User can investigate any available market by using the search engine, according to her criteria and needs. The research output is provided by Matchplat through a process of technological knowledge and algorithms.

The market research output is provided by Matchplat to User in the form of list, completed by a graphic elaboration of the information. A cross-confrontation of different analyses is also available to User.

2.3 User can experience the Service through the access to the portal https://app.matchplat.com/analytics#/. This and any other procedure indicated is subject to a specific authorization by Matchplat.

2.4 The Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

3. SUBSCRIPTION

3.1. The subscription to the Service is monthly or annual, depending on User’s preferences at the time of the purchase.

3.2. The Service will be provided by Matchplat to User on first log in. The access to the digital platform requires the full payment of the price of Service.

3.3. A trial of the Service is available for free on the website https://www.matchplat.com/analytics/matchplat-analytics/. This beta version provides a 5 minutes experience since the registration is completed by User.

4. PAYMENT INFORMATION

4.1. The subscription price of the Service is indicated on the registration form and accepted by the user at the time of the payment.

 

4.2. The available payment methods are exclusively those listed in the registration form and are regulated and approved according to the “Terms” of the payment service chosen by User.

5. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

5.1 The User is not allowed to violate intellectual property rights (copyright, etc.) and industrial property rights (trademark, patent, industrial design, etc.) belonging to Matchplat, unless otherwise stipulated in this or in another agreement.

5.2 The use of Matchplat services is also subject to the Copyright and Trademark Notice available on Matchplat.com.

6. APPLICABLE LAW

6.1 This contract is governed by the Italian law.

7. JURISDICTION FORUM

7.1 The Justice of the Peace of Milan (Italy) shall exert exclusive jurisdiction in relation to all the disputes that may arise with regard to the validity, interpretation and execution of this contract.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1 This contract replaces any previous contract.

8.2 This contract is not transferable.

8.3 The Italian language text of this contract is the only authentic text. In case of conflicting interpretation between the original and translated versions, the Italian language text shall prevail.
