By selecting “Accept”, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Overview

Geomaze is a browser based Powerful GIS/Maps/Geospatial Visualisation Product which equips users with rich interactive user interface to interrogate data. It is a secured, reliable GIS product delivered using the SaaS, Private Cloud or On-premise.

2. Subscription & Access
Access is provided on a subscription basis via Azure Marketplace.
You are responsible for:
Managing user access
Keeping login credentials secure
Access is non-exclusive and non-transferable.
3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the Service lawfully and for business purposes only
Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer the Service
Not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing data
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload.
You grant us permission to process your data solely to provide the Service.
Data is handled in line with applicable UK/EU GDPR requirements.
5. Security & Hosting
The Service is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
We apply industry-standard security controls (encryption, access control, monitoring).
6. Availability & Support
We aim to provide a reliable, high-availability service.
Support is provided as defined in your subscription or separate SLA.
7. Fees & Billing
Pricing and billing are managed via Azure Marketplace.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
GeoMaze and all related software remain our property.
You are granted a limited right to use the Service during your subscription.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party systems.
We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

These Terms are breached
Required by law or platform policies

Upon termination:

Access to the Service will stop
You may request data export within a reasonable period
11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the Service in the previous 12 months
12. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Compliance with Microsoft Marketplace
This Service complies with applicable Microsoft Commercial Marketplace policies
You also agree to comply with Microsoft’s platform terms when purchasing via Azure Marketplace
14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept any updates.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
