Hybrid AI Content – Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By clicking “Accept” or by using the Hybrid AI Content service (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. The Service
Hybrid AI Content provides a hybrid artificial‑intelligence content‑generation platform hosted on Microsoft Azure.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
• All intellectual property, including AI models, source code, and related materials, is owned by miftahr.
• You receive a non‑exclusive, limited licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities
• You must not violate any applicable law, third‑party rights, or Microsoft policies.
• You must not use the Service to produce illegal, violent, discriminatory, or pornographic content.
• You are fully responsible for any data you upload and any outputs generated by the Service.

5. Privacy & Data
Data collection and use are governed by our Privacy Policy (https://miftahr.com/privacy-policy/). We retain usage logs only as required for operations and compliance.

6. Support & Service Level
Email support is available at iki@miftahr.com on business days, 09:00–17:00 WIB (UTC+7). No additional availability guarantees are provided unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “AS IS”. miftahr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, exceeding the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Sections 3, 5, 7, and 9 will survive termination.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Pekanbaru District Court.

10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect.
