Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Keycloak Configurator and Keycloak Configurator Editor (the "Applications") provided by ExpertaLabs s.r.o. ("Provider", "we", "us", or "our"). By deploying or using the Applications, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not deploy or use the Applications.
2. Description of the Applications

The Keycloak Configurator automates configuration of Keycloak realms by polling Git repositories for YAML-based definitions and applying them via the Keycloak REST API.

The Editor is a web-based debugging utility that allows you to preview and validate YAML configurations before deploying them.

Both Applications are provided as-is and without warranty. They are intended primarily for development and testing purposes.
3. License and Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Applications for internal purposes only.

You may:

    Deploy the Applications in your own cloud or Kubernetes environment;

    Modify Helm chart values to suit your setup;

    Use the Editor to validate configuration files locally.

You may not:

    Redistribute the Applications without written permission;

    Use the Applications for illegal or harmful purposes;

    Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Applications beyond their intended use.

4. No Warranty

The Applications are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about the reliability, performance, or security of the Applications.
5. Security and Credentials

You are solely responsible for securing any credentials or secrets (e.g., Git tokens, Keycloak admin credentials) used with the Applications. We do not store or collect any user data, configuration, or access credentials.
6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Applications.
7. Updates

We may release updates to the Applications or Helm charts. It is your responsibility to monitor and apply updates where appropriate.
8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
