All materials provided by Mphasis® through Azure Marketplace—including but not limited to documentation, software code, user interfaces, graphics, and content—are protected by international copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from our services or deliverables without prior written authorization from Mphasis®, unless expressly permitted by license.

2. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
a. Ownership
All software, configurations, scripts, documentation, APIs, and other deliverables created or distributed by Mphasis® through Azure Marketplace are the exclusive property of Mphasis® unless otherwise agreed in writing. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
b. License
Customers purchasing our services or software through Azure Marketplace are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product or service, as may be specified in the listing terms and any applicable Agreement / Service Level Agreement (SLA) or End User License Agreement (EULA).
c. Custom Deliverables
Mphasis® retains ownership of background IP. If deliverables include customer-specific work product, IP ownership terms may be governed by a separate Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) and shall be subject to the full payment.
d. Third-Party IP
Some services may incorporate open-source or third-party licensed components. In such cases, usage is governed by the respective third-party licenses, and Mphasis® disclaims any ownership over such components.
