EULA – MyPlatform AI Last updated: 16.3.2026 PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY INSTALLING OR ACCESSING THE MYPLATFORM AI (“THE APP”) YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“THE AGREEMENT”). IF YOU ARE ACTING ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY (“CUSTOMER”), YOU WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH ENTITY. 1. Definitions Azure Marketplace: The Microsoft-operated platform through which the App and the Service are made available. Agreement: This End User License Agreement for the MyPlatform AI App. App: The MyPlatform AI application installed or accessed within the Customer’s Azure Environment. Service: The licensed MyPlatform AI capabilities, including governance controls, AI agent management, audit logging, observability, identity rules, policies, promotion workflows, and security baselines. Brugsret / License Right: The Customer’s active subscription or entitlement required to use the App and the Service. Customer: The natural or legal person who installs or uses the App. Azure Environment: The Customer’s Microsoft Azure tenant and all resources, identities, data, and AI agents under Customer control. MyPlatform: MyPlatform A/S, Ringager 4C, 2650 Brøndby, Denmark. VAT 45453081. 2. Description of the App and the Service The App provides the Customer with access to MyPlatform AI features, including: • Governance controls for AI agents • Identity and policy enforcement • Logging, audit, observability and evaluation scoring • Sandbox → Test → Production environments • AI agent oversight, ownership model and compliance guardrails • Zero-trust and least privilege execution • Automated governance updates aligned with Azure standards The App has no standalone value and may ONLY be used when the Customer holds an active use right. If the Customer lacks a valid subscription, the App must not be accessed or used. 3. Acceptance of the Agreement By installing or using the App, Customer acknowledges that it has read, understood, and accepted this Agreement. 4. License and Rights of Use Subject to Customer’s compliance and active use right, MyPlatform grants a: • limited • non-exclusive • non-transferable • revocable • license to use the App strictly for internal business purposes inside the Customer’s Azure Environment. If the Customer’s use right expires, is suspended, or canceled, all rights immediately terminate. 5. Restrictions on Use Customer must NOT: • Use the App without active brugsret • Resell, rent, sublicense, or distribute the App or Service • Attempt to bypass licensing, security controls, or AI governance features • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works • Use the App for illegal activities or in violation of Azure or Microsoft terms • Interfere with or disrupt the operation, policies, or guardrails of the App • Attempt unauthorized access to related systems or networks 6. Intellectual Property Rights MyPlatform retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App and Service, including all intellectual property rights. No ownership rights are transferred to the Customer. 7. Customer Responsibilities The Customer is responsible for: • Maintaining an active brugsret at all times • Ensuring accurate information is provided to MyPlatform • Maintaining secure identities, permissions, and configurations • Ensuring legal compliance when building and operating AI agents • Ensuring MyPlatform can access required metadata to validate licensing • Complying with its Microsoft Cloud Agreement (MCA) or Enterprise Agreement (EA) • Securing its Azure Environment and preventing unauthorized use • All activities performed under its accounts and identities • Ensuring AI agents created in the environment follow organizational policy • Assigning accountable owners to each agent • Ensuring agents operate only with least privilege permissions • Ensuring no deployment of ungoverned, orphaned, or unmonitored AI agents 8. Data Protection and Security • All Customer data remains within Customer’s Azure Environment. • MyPlatform does not extract or process Customer data outside the tenant except minimal operational metadata required for licensing, updates, or technical validation • AI agents’ logs, traces, and actions remain under Customer’s control • The Service operates under Microsoft’s and the Customer’s data protection terms • Evaluation scoring, agent telemetry, model output logs, and safety events are processed within the Customer’s environment unless explicitly agreed otherwise. 9. Service Level Standards (SLS) MyPlatform provides the Service on a best effort basis in accordance with the published SLS: https://www.myplatform.net/how/SLS These SLS are non-binding unless a separate written SLA exists. Azure SLAs remain unaffected. 10. Fees and Payment • Fees are determined by Azure Marketplace or by private offer. • Customer agrees to pay all applicable fees through Azure billing channels. • The App may not be used unless the Customer has fully paid for its use right. 11. Term and Termination • This Agreement is effective upon installation or access. • Customer may only use the App while maintaining a valid use right. • Any lapse results in immediate termination of use rights. • MyPlatform may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, or legal violations. • Upon termination, Customer must uninstall and cease all use. 12. Amendments MyPlatform may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be notified with 30 days’ notice. Continued use equals acceptance. 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement is governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Copenhagen as first venue. 14. Disclaimer THE APP AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. MYPLATFORM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT. MYPLATFORM DOES NOT WARRANT MICROSOFT AZURE SERVICES OR COMPONENTS USED BY THE CUSTOMER OR ITS AGENTS. 15. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYPLATFORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA. MYPLATFORM’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FEES PAID IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS. 16. Indemnification Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MyPlatform from any claims arising from: • Customer’s use of the App or Service • AI agent behavior resulting from Customer configurations • Violation of third party rights • Breach of this Agreement 17. Export Compliance Customer must comply with all applicable export laws and sanctions. 18. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the App. If conflicts arise, Azure Marketplace terms take precedence.
