To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oteo Health and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to reputation, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oteo Health, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Oteo Health reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate.
