Terms and Conditions
1.	The Managed Services for Microsoft Security shall be provided remotely from Paramount Offices in GCC or Offshore locations based on the time schedule & resources.
2.	The services SLA solely depends on the contract agreed between Paramount Computer Systems and the end customer mutually at the initial engagement.
3.	All the required infrastructure to connect and do the Security management would be provided by the end customer to Paramount during the transition of services management.
4.	The client will supply Paramount with the following free of charge – 
	Information, documentation, and data, in a timely manner, required by Paramount to complete its obligations under the Agreement.
	Suitable office accommodation and services
5.	The services fee will be agreed up on the contract mutually and the payment terms will be accepted by both parties.
