Terms and Conditions – Guest Guardian by Procomix Technology Group (PTG)

By subscribing to and using the Guest Guardian application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Description
Guest Guardian is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution provided by Procomix Technology Group ("PTG") that facilitates the management of guest user access within your Microsoft 365 environment using the Microsoft Graph API.

2. Subscription & Access
Your subscription grants you access to the application hosted by PTG. You must be an authorized Microsoft 365 administrator to grant consent for data access. Access is subject to Microsoft Graph API permissions.

3. Data Usage
Guest Guardian processes directory data from your Microsoft 365 tenant solely for the purpose of displaying, managing, and auditing guest access. We do not retain, share, or sell your tenant data.

4. Availability & Support
While PTG strives to ensure high availability of the service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Support is available via email at support@procomix.com.

5. Limitation of Liability
PTG is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Guest Guardian app. Usage is at your own risk.

6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

7. Termination
PTG may suspend or terminate access to the application for violation of these terms or misuse of the service.
