These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EPC Connect app ("App"), which connects spreadsheets for analytics and data processing. You agree to comply with and be bound by these terms by accessing or using the App. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App The EPC Connect App is designed to facilitate the connection of spreadsheets for the purpose of data analytics. You may use the App to:

Integrate multiple spreadsheets and perform various analytics functions.
Analyze, manipulate, and visualize data from connected spreadsheets.
Prohibited Uses: You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
Upload or share data that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates privacy laws.
Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality or servers.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise manipulate the App's code or technology.
3. Data Privacy and Security We take your privacy seriously. By using the App, you consent to our collection, processing, and use of your data by our Privacy Policy (which is available separately).

While we implement reasonable security measures, please note that no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload to the App is properly secured.

4. Data Ownership You retain ownership of all data you upload to the App. However, by using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and analyze your data as necessary to provide the App's services. You agree to ensure that all data you upload does not violate the rights of third parties.

5. Third-Party Integrations The App may allow you to connect to third-party services (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, etc.). You acknowledge and agree that your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and conditions of those services. We do not control or endorse any third-party services and are not responsible for their availability or functionality.

6. Limitations of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, EPC Connect is not liable for any:

Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
Errors, bugs, or interruptions in the App's functionality.
You agree to use the App at your own risk and that EPC Connect will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the App or reliance on the data processed through the App.

7. Modifications to the App or Terms We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the App after such changes, you agree to the revised Terms.

8. These Terms are governed by and construed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in Kochi, Kerala, India, following the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. If arbitration is not suitable, the dispute shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Kochi, Kerala, India
