Securacloud Terms of Services

Effective Date: October 31, 2024

Welcome to Securacloud, an innovative platform designed to provide Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) solution for your organization. By accessing or using Securacloud, your organization (referred to as “you” or “Client”) agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue using Securacloud.

1.	Acceptance of Terms

By using Securacloud, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of your organization. The Client agrees to uphold these terms and assumes responsibility for all users accessing Securacloud within the Client’s organization.

2.	Authorized Use of Securacloud

Securacloud is designed exclusively for secure data storage, access, and processing. 

The Client agrees to:
•	Use Securacloud solely for lawful and authorized purposes.
•	Ensure compliance with all applicable data protection laws.
•	Refrain from unauthorized access attempts or disruptive actions within the platform.

3.	User Accounts and Security

The Client is responsible for user account management and must provide accurate registration information. The Client is required to maintain account confidentiality and is liable for any activity occurring under compromised accounts. Securacloud disclaims liability for unauthorized actions due to compromised credentials.

4.	Intellectual Property and License

Securacloud and all related content are owned by Securacloud or its licensors. The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Securacloud for internal organizational purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction or modification of Securacloud’s content is strictly prohibited.

5.	Data Protection and Privacy

Securacloud prioritizes user data security and privacy. The Client must ensure compliance with all relevant data protection regulations. Use of Securacloud is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details data collection, usage, and security practices. By using Securacloud, the Client consents to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

6.	Third-Party Integrations

Securacloud may connect with third-party services for enhanced functionality. Use of these services is subject to the third-party’s terms and policies. Securacloud is not liable for third-party content availability, accuracy, or any related risks.

7.	Suspension or Termination of Access

Securacloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if activities threaten the platform's integrity. Efforts will be made to notify the Client prior to suspension or termination, except in cases of urgent risk.

8.	Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Securacloud is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted service or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Securacloud disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

9.	Indemnification Obligations

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Securacloud harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from unauthorized use or breach of this Agreement by the Client or its users.

10.	Changes to Agreement Terms

Securacloud reserves the right to update these terms. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of Securacloud after updates signifies acceptance of the modified terms.

11.	Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States, without regard to their conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled exclusively within the courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or, if required, in the applicable courts within the United States, depending on the jurisdiction most relevant to the matter in dispute.
