This offer does not represent a binding commitment on the part of Sectra to license any Sectra product or service to the Customer. Terms and conditions are provided via private contracts customized for each customer’s unique order components, services, and terms. Customer’s licensed use of the Sectra One Cloud for Azure shall become effective upon the full execution of the Sectra One Cloud Master Agreement, and any Orders thereto, are subject to credit approval of Customer by Sectra.

The Sectra offering is licensed and not sold. Upon Sectra’s acceptance of an Order, and subject to Customer’s compliance with the Master Agreement, Sectra grants Customer a nonexclusive and limited license to use the ordered subscription. These licenses are solely for the Customer’s own use and business purposes and are nontransferable except as expressly permitted under the Master Agreement or applicable law.
