Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SognosCare Application ("the App") provided by Sognos Solutions Pty Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you may not use the App.
1.	App Usage
a.	Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
b.	Account Registration: In order to use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
c.	App Access: We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for your organisation’s use only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the App except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
d.	User Data: By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
2.	User Obligations
a.	Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App.
b.	Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the App:
i.	Violating any applicable laws or regulations;
ii.	Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity;
iii.	Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the App;
iv.	Gaining unauthorised access to the App or any related systems or networks;
v.	Uploading or transmitting any viruses, worms, or other malicious code;
vi.	Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from other users of the App.
3.	Intellectual Property
a.	Ownership: The App and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
b.	Trademarks: All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the App are the property of their respective owners. You are not granted any right or license to use any of these trademarks.
4.	Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
a.	Use at Your Own Risk: The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the App or its content. You use the App at your own risk.
b.	Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.
5.	Termination
a.	Termination by You: You may stop using the App at any time.
b.	Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason without prior notice.
6.	Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
a.	Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW, Australia.
b.	Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW, Australia
7.	Changes to Terms
a.	We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
b.	By using the SognosCare App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
