Legal Terms and Conditions for SOS MXDR Managed Services

Service Description: SOS Group Limited ("SOS") provides Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) services powered by Microsoft Sentinel and Defender. These services include 24/7 security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability scanning, dark web monitoring, and security awareness training.

Customer Responsibilities: Customers are required to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services. Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and ensure their systems are configured to receive SOS services.

Limitation of Liability: SOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of MXDR services. The total liability of SOS for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the services in the preceding 12 months.

Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, SOS will cease providing services and the customer will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SOS operates.
